JRA Newsletter Late August 2007
Great workplaces – more than just perks!
On Monday night, Leighton Abbot from JRA was interviewed by Simon Shepherd as part of a Campbell Live article titled “Perks for the workers.” The message was that while fancy benefits packages are great, culture and values really drive employee engagement. You can see the interview on TV3’s website (don’t forget to turn on the sound): www.tv3.co.nz/VideoBrowseAll/CampbellLiveVideo/tabid/367/articleID/33389/Default.aspx.
