Three weeks left -
unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey 2008

Three (and a bit) weeks to go…

If you would like your organisation to be join over 200 others in the unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey this year, there’s still time! A survey normally takes 2 weeks to run and just a day or two to set up in most cases. Participating demonstrates your intentions to build a great workplace, and provides fantastic data and direction for your strategic HR planning. See who else is participating, or register now.

Why participate? The CEOs of last year’s Best Places to Work say it well:

  • “[The survey is a] fantastic tool to really develop the business and take it ahead” – Barry Potter, GHD
  • “Staff represent our brand to our clients, and if they are fully engaged they represent us well” – Ben Harman, Retailworld Resourcing
  • “[The survey gives us] a real understanding of what is going on and what is important to people” Paula Earl-Peacock, Mars New Zealand

If you’re already registered and running your survey in the next week or two, we hope it goes well!

The New Zealand HR Policies & Practices Review 2008

We want to give you a free benchmarking report. Well, almost free – we would like you to complete a survey first. The New Zealand HR Policies & Practices Review is a survey that we run each year, and this year we’re opening it up to everyone who would like a free benchmarking report (see an example from last year). We’ll be in touch early next week.
