Who won the unlimited Best Places to Work in New Zealand Survey 2004?

The unlimited Best Places to Work Survey 2004 was a huge success, with 161 organisations and over 16,700 individuals participating. The winners will be announced at the 2004 Workplace Awards (held in conjunction with HRINZ) in Wellington on the evening of 24 February 2005.

The Top 20 ranking organisations (along with the Top 5 small, medium, and large organisations) in the survey will be announced, along with HRINZ's HR Person/Initiative of the Year awards. Last year this event attracted close to 300 people, and it is a superb networking opportunity with the decision-makers from New Zealand's top organisations. All organisations who have been informed of their success in the survey are strongly encouraged to attend. Click here or on the image below to find out more about the event and to register your attendance!

Also look out for the March issue of unlimited magazine in the news stands, where the winners will be revealed.

"UnlimitedPeople" - the all-new Best Places to Work Seminars

In response to feedback we have received about past unlimited Best Places to Work Seminars, the format is all new for 2005. Renamed "UnlimitedPeople - Leadership Lessons from the Best Places to Work Survey," the Seminar will focus on 4 key steps (identified through our analyses) to Building a Great Workplace:

  1. Creating a community where people feel they belong, & where they look to the future with optimism
  2. Define your vision and values, & make them real
  3. Help your people realise their potential
  4. Create a high performing culture

CEOs from "Top 20" organisations will speak on each of these issues, and integrated "breakout" workshop sessions will give attendees access to panels of experts to discuss how to apply THEIR knowledge to YOUR organisation.

Keynote speakers include renowned author Dr Richard Buchanan (author of "The Enemy Within") as well as Tim Miles, CEO of Vodafone NZ.

If your organisation's goal is to become a great workplace, or even make our Top 20 one day, this seminar is a "must do."

The Seminars will run in Wellington on 15 March and Auckland on 17 March.
