Record level of interest in 'Best Places to Work'
‘You’ll be in Good Company’ campaign a great success – so who’s company will you be keeping?
Just half way into the registration period and already over 150 organisations have now signed up to participate in this year’s unlimited/JRA Best Places to Work Survey. And as the economic outlook changes, it’s fantastic to see so many organisations recognising the positive impact that ‘building a great workplace’ has on customer satisfaction, productivity and staff turnover – outcomes made even more important as trading pressures intensify.
So what can we tell you about our first 150 registrants?
- Particularly well-represented industry sectors so far include education, local government, legal/accounting, finance/insurance, computer services, wholesale trade and manufacturing
- Two-thirds of those participating employ under 150 people
- Many are household names
- Over three-quarters are repeating for at least a second time

CEO interviews prove popular
Two weeks ago we uploaded to our website video interviews with CEOs from some of last years’ Best Places to Work Finalist organisations. Since then this page has become one of the ‘most viewed’ pages on our website.
You can view the interviews on our website: Hear about the benefits they have seen from their participation, how they went about ‘convincing the sceptics,’ and how they have used the information available from the survey to create positive change in their organisations.
