Business Development Consultant/Manager

Established in 1993, JRA provides specialist workplace survey and analysis services to hundreds of organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Our goal is to build great workplaces, and through the application of innovative online survey and analysis technology, we aim to provide organisations with the insight they need to realise this goal.
Our continued growth has meant we need to enlarge our team, and we’re looking for someone who can help accelerate the growth of JRA even further. You may be an experienced consultant or account manager within an HR/OD/Org Psych environment, or you may be someone who has proven sales experience in another industry. You may even be a recent graduate with a couple of years’ experience looking to take the next step in your career. Either way, we need someone who can take responsibility for developing our presence in key sectors and contribute to our marketing and business development efforts more generally. Naturally, a solid network of business contacts and experience in consultative selling and relationship management would be a significant advantage.
