The Questionnaire

The Australian Workplace Survey has 60 questions phrased as statements, all using a 5 point rating scale (ranging from 'Strongly Disagree' to 'Strongly Agree'). If your organisation participated in the 2008 or 2009 survey, you may be interested in seeing a document summarising the changes made for the 2010 questionnaire.

Questions are grouped into the following 10 sections:

In addition, there are three open-ended questions in a section at the end of the survey.

Culture and Values
